So today was M's four month doctor's appointment. She is one healthy baby in terms of growing.....in the 90
th percentile for both height and weight. BUT not only does she have a cold and ugly cough, she has a double ear infection too. Poor thing. :( So because she has enough to deal with, the doctor postponed her second dose of shots for 2 more weeks.
On the solids front, the
pediatrician said if M is sleeping through the night and not acting like she needs more to eat, then she advises to wait until 5 months for cereal and 6 months for fruits and veges. We aren't in any rush to get her started so we'll stick with just formula for now.

She is growing so fast!! That is such a good idea to take a picture each month too.
I wouldn't rush into feeding her solids when she looks and acts like she is doing so well. Plenty of time for that.
Poor baby. I remember when her Daddy was a baby and had ear infections. Seems like those were the only times he ever cried. Hope baby Madeline feels better soon.
She is something else! Such a beauty!
